My deville is burning too much gas and I want to adjust the carb but dont know how. Im not sure which screws are the adjustment screws, are they inside the barrels? please help thanks

They're down on the front of the carb on the throttle plate (bottom section of the carb). They "may" be capped which will require removal of the carb in order to remove the caps before adjustment will be possible. If they're open, crank them in all the way and then back out about 3 turns. You can adjust from there using a tach and vacuum gauge to obtain the highest readings. Just make sure to adjust the screws evenly.
