: How to tell if my car is up to date

Hey Guys, can anyone out there tell me how the car I'm about to lease it up to date on all it should be. I told my sales guy about the new huge CUE update and he said it should already have it as its a "relatively" new car to the lot. Well I looked at the climate symbol and it was the old one, so I told him this and he said it should be available shortly, like I already knew.

Anyways, how can i tell if my maps/navigation is up to date (or any other system for that matter)? and is there anything else I should look for/ be concerned about?? (besides the Heat tapping, which I have listened for and couldn't hear) Thanks for any help

You can always call your dealer and or cadillac and give them your VIN and they should be able to tell you, as everything done to your car is documented.

I dont really trust the dealership as they seem to not really be in the know. The guy had no idea what I was talking about, he actually said "there's already been some recommended fixes?" I was hoping someone knew the most up to date model numbers, but o well, figured I'd try

I was at the Chicago Auto Show and checked out the ATS there
Software version: 23124322
Gracenote: 22993544
Map: 22993553

That's a pretty big # jump from the 22953971 software that I have now!
I'd assume the above #'s to be the newest when released to us.

Also I don't believe anyone has the update right now. The cars at my local dealership didn't have the new version yet this last Saturday.

My XTS Platinum was built Jan 10/13 and my car has the identical numbers qouted by bungee91 for the ATS at the Chicago Auto Show. So those certainly do not include the "big" update to start in March.

The most recently built cars, like mine, which was built in early February, do have the updated CUE system.
