My right rear drive shaft is in need of immediate replacement. A local shop tried to use a bearing re locator to preserve my axel shaft however all the fluid has leaked out and the axel needs replacing.

I have found this part on Rock Auto however how can I be sure this is the part I need?

I have a 05 Escalade AWD 6.0 Base

Any help is much appreciated!

Have a local dealer run the vin and then get the part number for the axle shaft to be sure as there is different types of axles in gm's truck lines(that includes the SUVs which cover the escalade)

That's the one, 30 spline c clip. The part numbers cross reference.

Full size gm rears are all the same only difference is yolk and ring and pinion. Axles are all 30 spline c clip same length.
