THe trunk on my 91 deville needs a little attention. THere is a key broken off in the outside lock, and whenever I open it with the button in the glovebox it will not close. The electric motor on the locking mechanism the opens it and then sets it back to lock will not reset it to lock. It will run back to the lock position if I take the motor off and feed it power with some wires wires cliped onto my battery. Does anyone know where the motor is supposed to get the power to reset itself from? I know that there is a piece of metal missing off of the lock mechanism but I am not sure what its purpose was. Any help would be great. Also, If someone could take a picture of their locking mechanism I could explain which part of it is missing. Thanks
