: Where's a good place to sell my grandfather's 1990 Deville?

I'm trying to sell my grandfather's 1990 Deville with 19,000 original miles. I tried Craigslist and I posted an ad in the classified section of the website but no interest. Any ideas would be appreciated because I'm running out of them and he wants it out of his garage asap. He wants $10,000...is that too much?

Let's move this to Cadillac Classified.

Get into www.kbb.com (http://www.kbb.com) and enter the car with an honest assessment of its condition to find the approximate retail, private, and trade pricing in your area.

It's a nice model - someone would really like to get their hands on it. There HAS to be someone in central Connecticut that would want it.

Even with those miles, in perfect condition, unless you find someone that considers THAT car, in THAT color, their dream car, $10K is unrealistic.

It is a nice car,but I would advertise it for $5000.00, with fuel costs the way they are, just say V-8 and they shy away.

Only he can appreciate it for that much, but, I believe if it is truly 'mint' an enthusiast may come along and give u a decent offer.

It's been more than 10 months. I wonder what it sold for, or if he kept it.

Aahh, here is one of the best online:

Yeah, I now see its been a minute.

Being that the old man prob bought it new for @ 24 large, I can see any stubborn old guy trying to get his cash back, No offense, Im pretty stubborn myself by nature as a taurean.
