Hmmm, what's the code for the RWD 80's cars? Fleetwood Brougham, pre 85 DeVille, Impala/Caprice, Buick Regal, Olds 98 Regency, etc.

Whoops, no idea where my mind was on that one. Do the trucks have body designations. I'd image the Tahoe's and Yukons's would be the same as mine...

N-body is the Grand Am... all the years.. including the new ones (not counting the RWD ones) as well as Alero etc...

what body is my '89 Olds Eighty Eight? the same, layout and many parts are very, very similar to the DeVille.. but it is a little shorter and lighter....

I may be wrong, but I think GM recycled the "H" designation for the small
Bonneville,88 and LeSabre.

(sorry, but IMO,a 110" wheelbase and a V6 do not a full-size car make.)

It's not a B body. That's what Caprices are according to that list.

What's with you Brougham guys not knowing your car-type? :shhh: :D

According to this the Brougham is called the "C-Spec" It goes up to 1980.

yes, but deville is on the same chassis at that. point. they became vastly different cars in 85. B body is the caprice, and I believe D body is the Broughams (%100 positive applies to 93-96, pretty sure it applies to earlier)
