I have 04 SRX V6. I have recently had an issue with the auto climate control.

When ACC turned off, the heat still comes from driver's door side vent.
When ACC turned on, the heat comes out from all vents and the temperature is still very high (very hot) even I set to low temp (62 degree).

Anyone has this problem?

Not sure yet. I did notice the other day that air was coming out the driver's vent next to the door even though the control was for floor only. Not sure if the AC on or off. Will check it out more thoroughly.

The drivers and passenger side vents have a setting for defogging the side windows - rotate the little thumbwheel under each vent to the "defog" position.

For the heat coming out with the system off - try setting the system to the lowest temp prior to turing it off - I've had some luck with this in other cars (I just leave mine on auto all the time - so I have not tried this in the SRX/CTS).

Thanks for your responses. The problem was one of the curcuit fuses broken. The dealer already took care of it.
