I was wondering if any one here knows where I can find the strip clips for the strip at the bottom of the doors. I have looked for them everywhere here in Sweden but no success. Hope you understand of what I'm talking about.
Here's a picture I've found on the web

I'm talking about the chrome strip at the bottom of door.

Best regards David

They are usually called "rocker" trim or rocker panels.
I'm not entirely sure why. Perhaps because they protect the paint from rocks.

Maybe you can ask about them to these companies:

If this clip has been discontinued (probable) maybe they can offer you something equivalent.

Good luck and welcome to this forum. When you have some time, you could post a pic of your Eldorado. We enjoy watching these old caddies. :)

When I got my vinyl top done. For my 69. I had to get some clips for my rear window moldings. Took me a little searching couple body shops and paint supply places, Dupont, custom paint stores usually some have a large selection.

Thanks for the answers:) But I found a 67 eldorado here in Sweden yesterday that is sold for parts:) so I'm gonna give him a call to day. I would be glad to put up some pictures. But it's winter here now so there are about 2 meters of snow in front of the garage:(

My brother had this picture

It looks gray but its actual green. Had it painted in the original color 4 years ago.
And as you can see that the rocker panel on the door is missing, that's why I need the clips:)

Thank's, That is a gorgeous car.
It is always so cool to see those old Cadillacs cruising in other counties.
I'll bet you have to prepare to be late when driving it, due to answering questions from onlookers!

Thanks for the pics, David. Congrats. It looks fantastic and the color is beautiful for that car (I think it was one of the most popular for '67 Eldorados)
