I don't think it actually contains a spare tire, for looks only.

I saw one just the other day on a 80's brougham and the bumper actually held the wheel. Sort of protruding from the bumper itself and the wheel sat down in it. Maybe the aftermarket kit will eliminate the need for this bumper.

try e&g classic. i think they sell them.

I tried e&g and they dont make any for the old RWDs just the newer fwds

Your best bet is to try ebay, they have them quite often. eandg does make them I bought a new one last year from them unless they recently stopped production.
