Why do they only have Buick and Pontiac for their car choices?
I see, they don't go back to 89 on Cadillacs, how rude!

My 78 SDV still had the original (installed by the dealer) Vogue tires on it when I bought it in September. They only had 15K miles on 'em, but the tread was separating (they were 26 years old after all), so I made a few calls to my local Cadillac dealers and found a more recent version of the same tire. So far I think they're very nice, though I suspect they were a bit over priced.

The first one below is one of the originals, the bottom one is one of the new tires.

What did you pay for the set? If you don't mind.

That is a bit steep but they look good and I guess if you keep them balanced and rotated you'll get your moneys worth. I would like to have some but I want to replace my engine before doing all of that.

Hehe, you're putting whitewalls on, meanwhile, I'm putting on a set of Pirelli Scorpion Zero's, in a 255/65/15. (Essentially a sport truck tire.) Give me traction, or give me death!

:histeric: I feel the same way. If someone gave me a set of Vogues, I'd mount them stripes-inside!

Well... that's what we have on my wife's Volvo station wagon (XC70). They're very nice tires, but I have to admit that I didn't consider them for my Cadillac.

A lot of the bigger vehicles and SUVs seem to be the home for these Pirelli's. How do they grip and ride? For me, I dont follow the traditional lines of Cadillac, but create sort of a classy hot rod look. I know, I'm wierd.

Oh yea, I dont have my picture editing program on this comp anymore. Sad, I have to go hunt down Paint. It'll be a while.

I am sorry i would never put a set of Vogue a.k.a. Kelly a.k.a. Goodyear tires on my caddy. They drive hard, are loud, and dont have much going for them other than the painted gold stripe and painted whitewall. Be careful not to use bleach white or S.O.S pads on them you will wipe off the paint.

I was tire shopping last week for the hell of it asked how much a set of Vogues would be (I say for the hell of it because I'd never put them on my car, just not my cup of tea). The guy said about $800, that seems a little bit rediculous to me. I'm gonna stick with my regualr 1.3 inch whitewall, about $275 for the set, mounting and balancing included.

near as i can tell the vogues are for style/status and youre paying mostly for the long warrantee and road service...
i m among those that just cant see blackwalls on a fltwd ... i ve got General Tire's Touring A/S ... they seem to ride better than the OEM Michelines and are quieter.
