I want to replace my engine in the next month or two. I want to go with the olds 403. Will all or most of my parts change over from the 307 block to the 403? What will I need to change or buy to make the conversion? Will the mounts be the same or not? And, does anyone know of where I can get a good reman or rebuilt 403 block?

It's pretty much the same block. If you go with a 455 it would be a higher deck height. Yeah I'm redundant and I sometimes say things twice.

Any suggestions on where to find a good reman. I want to get this done within the next 45-60 days. I'm eager to feel the power of the 403 and enjoy my d'Elegance even more.
