Are you asking for tire size, or rim specs?

I think 20's are too big personnally. I like something a little more subtle and more stock looking. I have 17's on mine, factory, but would like 18's.

I'm not sure of the exact offset range on the RWD STS, but as far as tires, you need to keep the outside diameter within ~1/4" of the OE tire size OD. Otherwise, you get speedometer/odometer errors and rub if you go too big. Get on www.tirerack.com , look up some tires in your OE size, and click on the specs tab. There you'll find the OD.

The exact size depends on what rims you end up with (both diameter AND width).

Remember, the larger the rim, the less sidewall you'll have. That translates to not only a harsher ride, but accelerated wear on suspension and steering system components.

Stick with some 20s or staggered 19s

There are several threads on this already. Look around.
I had 20"x8.5" with 35mm offset running 255/35/20 all the way around on my 06. The wheel and tire combo fit very nice and didn't look too big.

22s i don't get the point of 19s when the tires are special order and higher. My oem 17s ride ruff and my 22s feel about the same i drive my sts hard. Bout to take the wheels off just to see lol
