I have a 1999 Catera. My headlights remain on even when I turn the motor off. I have to remove the fuse to turn the lights off. I do not have an owners manual to referrence. Please advise.

There are two dials on the light switch controls. One is the dimmer for the interior, and I believe the other is a timer for the head lights, controling how long they stay on after shutting off the engine. I tund mine up, not knowing what it was and my lights stayed on for like 5 min. How long did you wait before pulling the fuse? If that does not work maybe the switch is bad. When you put the fuse back in are the headlights still on?
