Does anyone out there know how to tell thr difference between a 1 and 2 outlet water pump for a 67 Caddi and if either could be able to fit my car?

The two outlet pump has a provision for a heater hose. My 66 has a single outlet pump because the heater hose connects to the back of the water manifold. I recently purchased a rebuilt pump and could not find any single outlet pumps available. Many parts stores, like Auto Zone and O'Reilly listed a pump but none available. Same with NAPA. I located a dual outlet through Summit Racing online for about $50. My speculation is that there are few or no single outlet pumps out there and the rebuilders are only rebuilding the dual outlet ones because the extras outlet can be capped off with a rubber cap which is provided with the new pump. This means one pump can be used for both applications. It is not correct so save your old single outlet pump and have it rebuilt if you want to show your car and get judged for points.

It is very rare to find the single outlet.
