Will a 4t80e model 2002 fit my 95 eldo etc?

Mine is well done so i need a new one. :) :hmm:

It probably won't fit because the wiring harness are going to be slightly different. This is because your car is OBDI and a 2002 is OBDII. You can probably find one for a 1995 STS. A lot of places will sell remanufactured transmissions but require a core charge for it. If you want, http://www.domesticperformance.com sell a "Bullet Proof" 4T80E tranny. They build them using your vin# so they can set it up with the wiring for a 1995. Good Luck.
