Took the Vagon on a 5 week road trip last June. Left Green Bay to visit a brother in San Diego, our son in Seattle and attend a wedding in Jackson Hole. Along the way we stopped at Mesa Verde, Zion, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Vegas, Hearst Castle, Yosemite, Cavallo Point, Muir Woods, Crater Lake, Redwood National Forests, Sister OR, Astoria OR, Mt. St. Helen, Mt. Renier, Couer d'alene, and Yellow Stone. Updated my friends with "Where's V?" pics along the way. Thought I'd post a few of the pics here.

Not many "muscle" cars you can pack with 2 sets of clubs, cooler and enough gear to last you 5 weeks on the road. I love my Vagon.

A driven V is a loved V. Thanks for the pics. My sedan has been in 15 states this year and one thing that is clear is that this car is an excellent touring vehicle.

I took my 2 month old '04 V on a 27 state/province, 10000 mile trip back in '04. There is no better way to break in a car...

Nice road trip dude!

Any Griswold stories to tell?

The closest we got to a "Griswold" moment was when I didn't notice that the back didn't close after we had stopped for gas and my golf clubs started to slide out the back. Fortunately I noticed at the next stop light before the clubs hit the ground.

Love it, sounds like a blast & great pics!

One of the main reasons I bought my Vagon was for a performance touring car, rather than a track car. We take it when we can't, or don't want to, take my touring bike. It is, the perfect ride for it. Here's a pic of mine on a recent west coast tour...

I'll just agree again. The V wagon is the perfect touring car, IMO. You can even sleep in the back if you have to. :D I'm going down to LA again next month and it's made that 300 mile trip between Vegas and LA enjoyable. :D

I swear the first time I see a Vagon on the road I'm going to giggle and chase that guy (or girl) down. Damnit, I should have bought one instead of this stinky sedan with no fold-down rear seats.

The wagon is super cool and the oddity/rarity factor of a 6M version is very alluring, HOWEVER, there is no way the wagon looks as good as the Sedan.

You'd be the dealership hero if you trade again. I just happen to have a teaser pic...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I actually prefer the looks of the Coupe over my Wagon, always have. But, I got a Wagon just because it was so ridiculous. The Coupe looks like it could trounce about anything when it's standing still. The Wagon is just as fast, and will leave the loser wondering what the hell just happened. There is no way I could not get this car...

Beauty in order.

1A. Sedan
1B. Vagon
2.. Coupe
