The sensor is (Bank 1 Sensor 2) which is the downstream sensor im pretty sure.

Any idea on the part number or a price?

VIN: 1G6DM57N230111158

Thanks

Also... im throwing a lot of U1000 codes could my ECM be dieing? I clear the codes and then the check engine light comes back on minutes later with the same P0138 (O2 sens.) and U1000. Im going to check all fuses tonight as Ghetto said the U1000 could be a blown fuse as he had the same issue with a blown alarm fuse.

both Bank 1 Sensor 2 and Bank 2 Sensor 2 (post-cat. aka downstream) sensors are the same

GM#24402860
$121.84 - list price
$ 76.15 - your price

i've got one in stock

...

as for the U1000 could be a low powered or dying battery ... or a loose connection ... the ECMs are known to go bad on the early 1st Gen CTS's ... either throwing phantom O2 codes or grabbing the key and not letting go

fuse could also be a cause since the U code is a communication error code and if they fuse is blown that module will not communicate and you will then get the U code
