See thread title!
I ordered tails from ebay that were supposed to fit the EXT, but they do not, they fit the base model and the ESV!
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

To my knowledge, the factory did not produce LED taillights for any of the late (2007+) EXTs. I don't know if there was a change for the 2013s (unlikely in the last year of production) but up through 2012 they all have regular bulbs.
Can you adapt the LEDs from the lights you purchased to the EXT assemblies? Not sure how much work that would involve but it would make a good how-to thread if you do it.

Are the aftermarket Avalanche LED light assemblies a direct replacement for those on the EXT? Which brand did you buy and what wiring changes did you have to make? Thanks.

It was plug n play...I cant find the item on my ebay, but they fit right on with no rewiring, direct replacement. 99244 99245

If you can find the manufacturer's name and part number that would be helpful- looks like a great improvement.

Any led light for an avalanche should fit..mine were just wrapped in bubble wrap when I got them. The new lights came with sockets but no bulbs, i had led's I put into the new lights. The plug you see comes from the sockets which plugs right into the stock plug which is under the truck.
I have the same ones on my EXT.. Just do a search for Avalanche led tail lights and you will find them. They come in clear, red or smoked.
