I'm in the same boat. Mine quit at about 95k. Was looking at the Arnott ones, the price is appealing, but I always like the fitment and quality of OEM parts.

let me know what you choose.

I have not installed any of their products, but have not read about any problems with their products either

I just installed the Arnott compressor and it fits perfect,Great quality and very easy install and is much quieter than the oem. Only took about an hour and at only $189.00 is a better deal. I recomend this if any one is in the marker for one.

Arnott all the way. Better corrosion protection than factory, and quieter to boot. The only drawback is having to splice wires (it does not use the factory connector).

The factory compressor is made by Tokico and is a piece of garbage.

You do reuse the factory conector off the old compressor but just but connect the 4 wires together and seal it up. Very easy

It mounts into the factory location? sounds like a good buy.

I got one from Suncore for my '99 DeVille. Worked fine w/ no problems. Their price for the Escalade looks to be $210.
