: Switching rear air shocks to regular ones

Hey, if you switch out your factory air shocks in the rear to regular gas ones, how do you get rid of the service suspension light on the dash?

It can be programmed out with a Tech II too, but dealerships don't want to do it, ot maybe just do not know how. You can get resistors that "lie" to the computer, but it seems that most companies only will sell you these with thier shock kits. Do a search because I did find someone on one of the truck fourm (I think it was Tahoe) that told what resistors were needed, I was looking into it for one of our customers a while back

The resistor that the tahoe people use is a 20 ohm. My shocks from arnott i believe say 25 ohm.
