The last 8 minutes of the video are amazing. This guy Johnny can really drive. That track is brutal, it would be so easy to get into trouble at those speeds if you did not know what you where doing and know the track well, things happen so fast at over 160 mph. 21 minute long video, but well worth watching the whole thing.

as this was an import was it capped out in the straight way?

It was a US car, formerly the Motor Trend long term test car. As a stick, it's not limited at all. However, the long back straight of the Nurburgring is uphill most of the way, so it tends to limit top speeds for nearly all cars.

Great video but it makes the wait for my V-Wagon seem even longer....still have 6-8 weeks to go.
