: Still shipping to Canada

Hi I bought parts from you in the past, and you shipped to Canada.

Since then your website has changed...I don't know the part numbers I need so I couldn't use your parts order form. I sent a description in to your website via the contact page, and although I got a couple of automated replies that you will get back to me, a week later still no answer from parts.

I'm wondering if you didn't respond because you don't ship to Canada any more? Or didn't get the message?
