See the ebay ad below for an ATS in Plano, TX...granted I expect to pay a little more in the NorthEast. I planned on getting Black 18" rims anyway so the stock 17s are fine...I'm getting excited about this car

Could be. The msrp is about 45,085 but all his other cars are list so expect this could be a mistake. If not, good deal.

It's gone! I am not sure it was a mistake from dealer side, or a lucky guy gust bought the car!

So ATS will sell at a premium initially, wonder how long this will last before competitive pricing is in place. Given the bad 3 series sales the last few months, I think BMW is going to offer better incentives in the near future.

Keep in mind you can price a 2.0T 3 series very competitively, add to that some good lease rates...

Link still works for me. They put that listing on with a "Buy it now", with a "Make Offer" button. Somebody will probably bid over the buy it now price and get it. Don't think you are going to get an AWD V6 ATS Premium with moonroof for that price.

You don't bid over the buy it now...if you bid the "buy it now" that's what it means...it's yours.

I found this:

Can buyers make Best Offers above the BIN price?Yes. Buyers who are seriously interested in an item and are willing to pay more to ensure they are the winner may offer a price that is higher than the stated fixed BIN price. Further, for items where shipping is not specified by the seller Buyers may offer, for example, $10.00 above the BIN price and request that the final price include shipping. To do so, buyers should add "including shipping" in the Best Offer message field.

Relisted at $46k

I also noticed that the 2.5 luxury jumped to 38,485 on the Cadillac.com build your own configurator. Was at 37,590 originally.

SMH...well there goes that. Even 46K is better than what I've been able to pull out of the configuration on Cadillac.com

The difference looks like the $895 destination charge.

Right you are. I originally thought that the $37K included the dest charge and that the msrp sans dest. was $36ish.
