: Occasional Hum

At times I get a faint hum from the center stack that starts a few seconds after the engine turns over. It doesn't vary with engine rpm and radio volume, and continues until the engine is shut off. It doesn't bother me; I'm just curious. Anyone else experience this and know what it is? I suspect hard drive or fuel pump noise.

Have not heard it in the V but my GM truck has a small fan in the center stack that cools electronics in stack.

I know that hum - you can hear it if you turn the car to ACC without starting it. Pretty sure it's fans kicking on.
