which brand when replacing? Does it make a real difference in quality/ longevity between the cheapest to the Timken (mid- price) and the OEM AC Delco (highest price)? Thanks!
........... and, depending on the model year and time of year, the GM contract for ..... front hubs (you name it) ....... was awarded to SKF, Fafnir, Timken, New Departure, several others......... a company meets the contract specs and pricing for a million widgets, the company gets the contract.
thanks for the info, I have a great caddy dealer here (Andrews) in nashville that will install parts i buy online!!It's 2 to 3 times less parts cost but the service guys don't care. They do a great job and I get a free loan car while mine is in the shop (I did buy my dts there, used)
