: Factory Floormats are really not good

I really like my new CTS-V sedan, but I have to say that I strongly feel that the quality of the factory floormats is really cheap. I mean they do their job and all, but they just feel like low quality, and they don't even have the Cadillac or V logo on them. I don't wany to buy replacements since I only lease the car, just hoping that Cadillac will notice this comment and step up. My Lexus and BMW both came with higher quality carpeted mats with the logo stitched into them.

My only issue is when I move my passenger seat all the way forward, it folds my floormat up. WTH?!?!

Just be happy your high quality lexus floormats didnt get caught in your gas pedal and kill you like it Toyota claimed over and over trying to cover up the F'd up ETC accelerators..........

really floormats:hmm:

I knowit seems petty, and it is. But in a carlike this where everything about it is just great, something like this doesbother me a little bit. I mean, would it really cost GM that much money to install a better set?

That's what the aftermarket is for. I have the Lloyd's plush mats with the "V" logo on the side, and they really look sharp. That's my only "mod."

I was looking at the Lloyd's "LUXE" mats. $240 for 4. Are they worth the money or should I go for one of the cheaper Lloyd's mats, are they all pretty good?

So, you would recommend the "Velourtex" then?
