Anyone watch this web series yet? Two guys and a film crew take the ATS to some of the world's harshest and most exotic conditions. I posted this in the lounge because it's not really about the car at all. They meet some interesting people, learn about the culture, ride camels, make clothing, learn to cook, learn about history, and do a bit of driving.

The part about Monaco, unexpectedly, was a bit of a bore. The rest was fascinating, especially China. They should host Top Gear USA.

Hell, they didn't need to go around the world to encounter all those conditions for their ATS and themselves. They could have just gone to Asmara, Eritrea and within 50 kilometers of the city they could have experienced all those road conditions ...... plus 120 degree F heat, baboon attacks, 30 foot pythons crossing the roadway and Italo-Eritrean cooking, not mention some of the most beautiful women on earth!

Bet if you needed work done on your new ATS you couldn't get it worked on any of those places ..... including Manaco!

Pft, if you're in Monaco you've got the money to get it fixed no matter what it is.

Depends. If it was just engine/trans related, you could easily get it serviced at a GM dealer in China. There's Cadillac dealers in France if you break down in Monaco.

Both France and China, not to mention Argentina and Morocco, are big countries. It is at least an eight hour drive from Monaco to Paris! But even so the operational words here are "will establish." I take that to mean they have not yet established a network of Cadillac service facilities in any of these countries, not just France!
