Awesome event. It was incredibly HOT over the weekend. All in all the overall performance of the Caddy's on the racetrack was pretty awesome. Although most of the regulars at California Speedway are already familiar with these cars, since we do spend a lot of time there, we are pretty sure there were some new people there that didn't expect that type of pace out of the Cadillac CTS-V. Here are a couple of pics from the event. Special thanks to Craig and his staff at Cadillac Race for putting together another great event. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again at Buttonwillow for Round 8.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the guys at D3 as well as a big thank you to Declan, Craig, and Gary for making these events possible. You guys welcomed us into the Cadillac Challenge Family with open arms and are proud to be apart of the gang. We had a great weekend of racing and truly learned a lot in a very short time. We appreciated everyone's help and hospitality and look forward to seeing everyone at the next event. If you have never attended or not really wanting to track your car id still say try and make an event just to hangout with other V owners. The drivers appreciate the support and you cant by law have a better time. A special thanks to my buddy James with speedventures (who brought my driving up to speed)and to Hector who brought out his silver bullet for the first time also(didn't want to be the only newbie...thanks amigo).

Hey NAX...it was nice to see you and your wife last Sunday. Glad you guys were able to make it! And thanks to James from SpeedVentures and Bob for giving me some tips on the course. Even with the searing heat, I was able to improve on each session cuz of you guys.
If any of you are still on the fence..it's a great event! D3 and the Cad Challenge crew are there to help and are awesome to work with. Not only will you learn what the Vs are capable of, but you also get to meet a great group of guys.
