Hello all. I was contemplating buying a 2012 Cadillac CTS Performance, when this deal fell into my lap. This CTS-V has 186 miles on it.

CAPITALIZED COST IS $62,654

CAPITALIZED COST REDUCTION IS $5,725 (IN THE FORM OF A REBATE)

RESIDUAL IS 66%

MONEY FACTOR/APR IS 1.8%

MSRP IS $69,785

The 24 month lease will be $599 plus tax each month. This equals about $618 a month. The dealer wants $618 down.

Sounds like a good deal for all the reasons mentioned above PLUS you'll be coming off lease just in time for the next gen V.

Wow, I hope your low lease rate bodes well for my resale value in a few years. That is a heck of a deal. 15K to drive the car for 2 years.
