Will any Brembo Brake Pads and Rotors fit on a 2005 STS 18" Tire?

Sure. As long as you add the 6 lug wheels brembo calipers and 6 lug hub assemblies....

For the 6 lug wheels, 6 lug hubs, and V-Series Brembo calipers/rotors/pads you're looking at thousands of dollars. Should've bought a 1SG STS, would've came with it all.

Summer tire package which included the brembos was always an option on 1sc and 1sg like acc and HUD. It was never standard.

Are you looking to get a BBK or just swap out the rotors and pads to upgrade them?

I like the Centric High Carbon Rotors, you can find them around $50-60 a piece and they work very well

Hawk's are popular with members.

Ceramic pads will help some with brake dust but may not provide as much grip under normal road conditions. There are a lot of choices but I'd tend to stay close to the OEM compounds. Cadillac's engineers did a nice job with the JE5's. JL9's are a bit puny.
