I typically put on snow tires even though it doesn't snow much in Cincinnati, last season notwithstanding. I am very much interested in the Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS Pole Position rather than dedicated snow tires. The tire comes in the appropriate front size, but the closest to the rear size is 295/30/19. I suspect the latter would fit on my wheels but wonder if there would be any problems with that size?

Second, I go to 1-3 driving schools per year. These tires are rated "W" , which I understand is 168 mph. While I recognize I won't have the same stickiness and handling as with the Michelin PS2's,any reason why I could not track these tires?

Thanks so much,

Jim
