Does anybody know if the D3 Noir package (front upper + lower grille) comes with the black trim around the grille/the hood trim piece, or if it is ONLY the actual top and bottom grilles and you would have to refinish the chrome trim yourself?

I contacted D3 twice via their website and through email but have yet to get a response.

FYI: I tried the plasti dip on the front and it was less than spectacular. Turned out well on the side vents though.

I was told just two weeks ago from a D3 rep on this site that their Noir package is not in stock now, and they do not have an ETA on when they will have more. I can't answer your question, either. I never got that far in the process since they told me there were none in stock.

Thanks for the update. I guess it doesn't matter what it comes with if they aren't in stock and there is no timeline on when they will be offering any more.

Plastidip your car...A lot cheaper, and if you do it right, it comes out great!

The wheels are OEM satin graphite. The rest of the trim and grille's were done with Plastidip. It cost me about 50-60 bucks for the painters tape, newspaper, and the Plastidip and took about 8 hours of my time. I'm very anal so most folks can probably do it in 1/2 the time. I also started small by doing the side vents. The following week I did the window trim, 2 weeks ago I did the rear and last weekend I did the front grilles.
