275 miles on X-way / cruise @ 72 mph / A/C off / no passengers / 36 psi in the Michelins / fresh Mobil 1 in the crankcase
netted 25 mpg ( calculated the old fashioned way)
This is 2-3 mpg less than the 4.6L Mustang GT ( 5spd/ 3.55 axle) I just traded, both cars are close in weight and turn approx 2000 rpm @ 72mph.
I assume auto trans and the additional friction of AWD is the deciding factor.
Not complaining, just an observation and wondering what others are seeing.:hmm:
