Hey guys, I was looking at my car earlier and I couldn't help but notice that the rear end sits about an inch lower than the front, also, I've noticed that when driving the rear end is a little bit more harsh rolling over small bumps in the road. What my real question is how much does MRC shocks costs and would it require any special tools to install it?

I doubt it's the shocks - they're suspension dampers, not springs. If your car has coil rear springs and Electronic Level Control, that's the first place to start. (Yes, with ELC the shocks have level control air bladders built in, but they don't affect the shock action itself.)
My 2002.5 F55 STS was the MRC test mule for your car, so the systems operate pretty much the same. My car has a very slight front rake on level ground.
