Just picked up the car last week and man I'm I happy!:) This thing is clean and super fast! The first things I have done to it has been added the newer black Cadillac center caps to the rims. Installed new V floor mats. I order the new V2 shifter knob. Yesterday the back right tire started to leak and Lawfive told me it needed a tire sensor so I already bought one off ebay so I was kind of happy that was the tire that needed fix so I killed two birds with one stone a had the tire fixed and sensor installed for $15. Then I reprogramed the sensor. So far the bad has been when I scrolled thought the DIC I noticed the oil pressure at 129 psi. So I bought a new sensor and replaced that today, not a fun job with the Maggie installed, took most of the day. I also noticed he had a red top Optima battery with side and top post. He had the caps on the top posts but looking like the hood is wearing out so I replaced them with a thick rubber cap. I also need to fix the back dash it vibrates alot with has aftermarket speaker he installed with the bass turned up. Also started cleaning the headlights with the 3m sand paper headlight kit. Did one light so far and it turned out good. Also order new trunk shocks the old one feel weak. Next Mods might be a stock rear spoiler, maybe powder coat the rims black and a Radar detector.

Nice looking ride. I think black wheels on silver V's look awesome. If you get a radar detector I recommend the Valentine 1 with an invisi-cord and blendmount that helps conceal the whole unit.

Sounds like it went to the right owner. Glad to see you're enjoying your new ride.

Nice. A V1 or Beltronics RX65 aren't bad choices in the radar game. As funny as it may sound, I skipped the blendmount, and custom fabbed up a mount using a few parts and the ring that comes with the bicycle reflectors. I'd wire the power into the mirror though. They sell a kit for that.

Yep but I think the Oxygen sensor is 7/8". The Oil Sensor is 1 1/16''. By the way how do you get the I-Pod to play on the radio? I have a hook up in the console.

Go to "XM1" on the DIC and it should work....at least that is what mine works on.

Not really my bottom ball joint just broke pulling out of a parking lot! Not fun trying to get a tow with this kind of problem, Had to strap up the A arms with tie downs. I was able to fix it by ordering a A-Arm off E-bay for $95 The shop wanted to charge me $850 to fix it!:thehand:

Be careful ordering suspension parts off of ebay. There is a reason they are so cheap, some of them are made with cheap materials that will only fail again.

^ this. Bought wheel bearings off ebay failed in less than 30 days after 1.5 track sessions (~30min). At least the seller returned my money.
