dumb question, but is that carpeted hat rack bottom cover custom? I have no such cover under my hatrack so I wasn't sure. It looks well finished with the aftermarket sub in there, too. I really can't tell if it is carpet or spray-textured paint?

It is a custom 1" think mdf speaker baffle. It is carpeted with automotive carpet. I made it myself. All edges are routed with an inlay design on each side.

I swapped to an IDQ10 v3. It is wired at 1 ohm into the factory amp.

If anyone is interested in a rear deck speaker baffle I could probably make another one. I believe I still have the template from mine.
