ok, next spring i plan on getting another vehicle seeing as my Fleetwood should be finished and i will not be used as an everyday driver. i have been looking at some cars and cant really decide on what to get. so far these are the cars ive looked at and am considering:

00-02 Deville (not DHS or DTS)

03 CTS (if i can find one in price range)

99-00 Escalade

my price range is in the 20k to 25k area. ive found all of these vehicles all between 15k and 25k. reason i need help is i cant decide and i need the pros and cons of these. any other cars not listed are welcome to be posted for me to consider. thanks

Why not a DTS? You're young. ;)

cant afford one. there was a 00 DTS at the dealership (has since sold, Courtesy Chevrolet/Cadillac) and they wanted 22,995 for it. wanted it but had just got my Fleetwood. i can just imagine what a 01 or an 02 would be. once the Fleetwood is finished and everything (hydraulics, interior, engine etc.) it will be a weekend cruiser/ show car. i dont wanna drive it everyday. i am afraid now that it will get wrecked and not much has been done.

yeah, they arent so bad. i like them. and they are in my price range.

Are you more of a RWD fan (CTS?) Or older Deville?

Personally I think I would be happy with either, but price would probably be the main factor. That and mileage.

yeah im more of a RWD kinda guy. i like Devilles though, especially the new ones. i was going to get a 99 Deville and i also looked at a 99 Concours but that didnt happen. at the time i couldnt find a Fleetwood so i was looking at them. i looked at a 00 DHS and an 00 DTS and fell in love with them (not as much as my Fleetwood though) but couldnt afford either. my friends dad has a 00 Escalade and i like them. i looked at one a week or two ago. and at the same time i test drove an 03 CTS. one of these vehicles will be mine by april (hopefully). but i am trying to get the pros and cons of these to help my decision. if i was rich id own all of them.

i hope i can find one in my price range. i found a 99 Escalade for 16,590 and a CTS for 21k. the Deville i found was an 02 and they wanted 22k. so all of these are in my price range. i comuted everything up and with a 22k i will still have around 500 dollars a month. and that is with the payment and saving for insurance taken out. so i will still have 500 dollars a month. you know, emergencies and stuff like that.
