I have an 04 V, and was hoping there was a way to program the settings on the TPMS to a higher setting. it currently alarms at 42. I replaced the run flats with Dunlop SP sports. I like to run them at 40, and the alarm goes off constantly.
Alarm is going off because 40 is too high. It's correct. 32 is recommend per manual. I like 34-36 range. When cold, 28-32 range is just too squirmy namely rears. 40 cold will turn into low 40s hot and runout the center thread and give up contact patch.
I ran mine at 40 for a while and then noticed that I wore out the center 1.5 inch of the tread on the rears. Don't run it at 40. 35 max.
