I did a quick search and could not come up with anything definitive or a DYI.
I sent Luke a note, but what is the going rate and what are the part numbers?
How do you remove the current one and is the process reversable or do you destroy them in the process?

Thanks for the help,
Ron

you can open the hood and see how it's secured from behind for starters.

Thanks for the advice. Since I had not removed the plastic surround I was not aware that you could access them from there.

yup, open the hood, you can get a very good view of them. They *are* supposed to be functional fender vents afterall ;)

Are the CTS and CTS-V the same?

Bigron, I think the vent is the same for the V and other. It appears that the 2009/2010 is different than the 2011/2012. The 2009/2012 have a chrome crossbar in the center of the vent and its open in the middle on the 2011/2012.

Yeah the CTS and CTS-V vents look the same.
Maybe more air into the engine bay getting rid of that crossbar :)
Also, update the look and I might black it out.

I did it on my '09. Pain in the ass as there are 2 tabs you have to break on each of the vents. Easy to scratch your fender.

Hello Ron,
We have done a ton of these swaps. They are the same fenders so you can swap them without issue. The mounting tabs are a PITA. Your new OEM vents will come with panel attachment tape for install.

Thank you,
