Hey guys, I took delivery of my 2012 V Sedan in March. Since then I have been on a mod tear. I figured it would be best to wait until everything was done instead of making multiple posts with the latest mod. This is the first American made car Iíve owned since my 1999 Corvette. Since then they have been all German.

BMW: X5 4.8/ 535i /745i/M5/M6/
Porsche: 996 Turbo/997 Turbo/Panamera 4 (Turbos were modded 11.8sec cars)
Audi: S5/R8 (divorce forced sale of R8)

I traded the Panamera for the V. Pan was a very nice car but grossly underpowered. I couldnít be happier with the swap. I wonít get into a long comparo of the V versus all of my Germans, I will keep it simple, I am thoroughly thrilled with the V top to bottom. Ranks up there with my two Turboís in ďfun to drive factorĒ. Totally different animals, but man is the V a blast to drive!
The one I picked up had the following options:

2012 Black Diamond Sedan (Auto)
Black Rims
Ultraview Roof
Recaroís
Midnight Wood
Suede

Here is the mod list:

Lingenfelter LPE 630 kit
Corsa Axle Back Touring
Plastidip front grills
3M matte black wrap on window trim and trunk chrome (pro install)
Carbon fiber side vents (KPE Products)
Carbon fiber rear bumper insert and front splitters (G3 Composites)
Carbon fiber door sills (Hennessey)
Custom wheel center caps (Emblempros)
*Yes I realize the motor isnít 100% LS9 but I didnít like the way LSA looked. Close enough :)
Hydro-Dipped carbon look engine cover
35% Tint
K40 Calibre Radar/Laser
D3 LED Fogs ordered

Looking forward to learning and sharing on the board! ~Jay

Very nice looking ride - I'd say you have a good foundation and maybe even ceiling (???) in those mods. Enjoy!

I think I'm done for a while after the D3 Fogs :)

Thanks Guys!
Kind of yes...Diversified Engineering in Brighton, MI did the install. They are the shop that works on all of Ken Lingenfelter's cars. It's owned by his Operations Manager Mike Copeland.

What are those two little doo-dads on the lower front grill - on either side right at the top. Just curious.

Thanks.

Super sharp! Love the matte black with CF look. I'm looking to find some reasonably priced CF for my black sedan too!

Those are the K40 Laser Diffusers...they obliterate those pesky lasers on the freeway :)
