: OEM wheel replacement/restoration?

The seller of my soon-to-be CTS-V say the wheels are thrashed--curbed, scratched, etc. Is there some forums knowledge on what to do for replacements or restoration before I just hit eBay for them?

Or, if anyone wants to sell me their OEM V wheels, I'm buying.

Thanks.

Usually you can find a local wheel medic or wheel repair who comes to you for $450 (all 4).

I just pulled my factory wheels off today. Very nice, no rash.

I had mine repaired (2 had rash) and refinished a dark graphite metallic. They came out incredible and I think they look infinitely better than the stock color on my car (which is stealth gray).

How long did it take them? I'm in New York right now to get the car.

Interesting. I also have stealth grey and thinking of refinishing either to darker silver or even lighter shade of the stealth color, since I have to refinish anyway. I don't want to match the paint but just add a little blue gray to the silver. Got any pics?
