Hey all,

Have had my 2007 V for almost a month and have yet to see any other V Owners on the road around Nashville. Anyone nearby? Anyone have any recommended road routes that are fun to drive; recommended areas to have my car serviced; etc?

Thanks,
Seth

I think VforMe and Justin311 are Nashville guys if they still have their Vs. There are a few others. I'm over on the west side of the state (in the hood). I'd head up there for a meet if someone arranged it, I have plenty of places to stay.

On average I've only seen another (unique) V1 about every 8 months over the past 4 yrs.

There has to be plenty of great roads up there!...at least you have the smokies within reach. I'm 7 hrs away.. Don't forget the Autobahn, 840...

I know the hwy to the buffalo river from I40 will make your passengers hurl..take the loretta lynn dude ranch exit south on 13 and floor it, you'll rarely even hit 3rd/4th..Watch for chickens in the road and kids on 4 wheelers.

I have been wanting to drive over to the Tail of the Dragon on 129 by Chilhowee Lake. Have heard a lot of great stories about this route.

Would love to organize a meet in the next few months if anyone wants to go. However, I don't really see a section on the site to post up such events. Nothing special, just a meet and greet and some awesome driving.

Thoughts anyone?

I have played on the 840 a bit, but usually find a few cops hiding out for me to brave anything over 100 or so.

I will def check out the Loretta ranch road...maybe next weekend.

Most of the roads I hit up are with 50 miles or so of Nashville...usually in the southeast counties.

Just searched this thread and thought I'd make an introduction. I just recently purchased a 2012 V and live just north of Nashville and was looking to get some information on tune shops that I could take my V and get some work done. Thanks for the help! Look forward to seeing you all out on the road.
