LLT Custom Ported Cylinder heads!!!!

This is the end product of the past 6 plus months working the stock heads the best possible dealing with the direct injection ports. We found porting for flow#'s cost power....the DI motor is so dependant on velocity that this took a ton of R&D and they are now available for those that want on an exchange basis. We are still working on the totally redesigned new heads but they are out quite a ways.

PM for details if interested, these bad boys turned out awesome!!!

Looks like nice work bud! Your goodies are on the way to my house right now, excited to get them strapped to my car.

How much whp do you think is on the table with the 3.6DI motor with NA bolt-ons? Have you guys played around with boring / stroking these motors at all? Cams?

We haven't bored or stroked....no aftermarket cranks are available and a cusom one will run thousands. Pistons we can have made, but the 11.3:1 is as we want to go and the stock pistons are suprisingly tuff.

With the turbo and supercharging systems we designed we are pushing over 500 crank HP now.

would this work on non DI motor?

No, the heads are different.

What kind of power gains are you looking at? Excellent work! Looks amazing.

They should be good for 25 plus RWHP with a tune. Depending on exhaust and intake.

Machining looks great. Can you post side-by-side photos of the porting compared to stock?

Will take some and post.

We are now installing the Mace cam shafts as a package so will post results in the next week or two.

Hi, what ever happened to this head work? im following this thread closely, im in the process of converting my 3.2 Alfa Romeo Brera to this 3.6, alfa borrowed the bottomend from GM, now it seems GM borrowed Alfas JTS head for the camaro, so now im importing the 3.6 pistons etc to convert my alfa to this engine basically, and yes i have checked, the heads look exactly the same. so this will be an interesting conversion. :cool2:

We are shipping them as quickly as we are able to get cores back and the machining completed so were probably right now 3-5 weeks lead time plus.

$1200 exchange (best if you can send yours in first to avoid the core charge).

Call: 941-721-1826 for details.
