Finally got around to getting the Corsa Sport installed. I thought it would be a little louder. I know it is suppose to not drone inside the truck, but be loud outside. It came in the correct box etc. I know theres a touring too, and the touring is supposed to be quieter. Anyone with the Sport exhaust sound like this?

Give it a little time. New mufflers need a bit of time before they sound like they should. It takes a bit of time for the materail inside to sort of pack in...it starts to gradually sound louder. I had the same thing with my magnaflow. It was almost stock sounding when I put it on...not anymore. After about 2-3 weeks it really started to growl.

That is how Corsa sounds, I have had at least a dozen of their systems, they are always quiet inside the car/truck, they are famous for that, but full throttle it will make some noise. If you want the big block sound you need to look at B&B, the best sounding exhaust for these truck period

Roll your windows down and drive by a wall or under a bridge. You'll see how loud it really is. Just isn't loud inside the truck.

There is no packing in a Corsa. Nothing but metal and baffles. 90985

I always said my Tahoe sounded like a diesel powered Corvette with the Corsa Sport.

Put some long tubes on it with a high flow Y, that will wake it up.

Interesting...I stand corrected. Just going from my own experience with my magnaflow and other systems of the past.
