Are they included in the "Complementary Service"?

Mine are starting to chatter already...

Don't know about the "complementary service," but you can greatly increase the life and effectiveness of your blades by cleaning and then wiping them with a rubber conditioner every so often. I use the Griot's Garage product and my blades normally last about 1.5+ years.

what IS covered under the premium care maintenance schedule for the V?

Wiper balde don't last very long in the Las Vegas heat and low humidity. I'm getting close on oil, I'll ask when I have the service done and see what they say. Pretty cheap part to keep a customer happy, so confidence is high...
