Are they included in the "Complementary Service"?

Mine are starting to chatter already...

Don't know about the "complementary service," but you can greatly increase the life and effectiveness of your blades by cleaning and then wiping them with a rubber conditioner every so often. I use the Griot's Garage product and my blades normally last about 1.5+ years.

Wiper blades are NOT covered under the premium care maintenance schedule. Just oil changes and air filters. They would cover tire rotations, but the V-Series tires can't be rotated.

They covered mine within 10K or one year, saying they should have lasted longer.

Wiper balde don't last very long in the Las Vegas heat and low humidity. I'm getting close on oil, I'll ask when I have the service done and see what they say. Pretty cheap part to keep a customer happy, so confidence is high...

FWIW, it seems that the windshield wipers for the CTS-V have a different part # than the wipers for the regular CTS, even though they seem to have the same dimensions.
