Don't know about the "complementary service," but you can greatly increase the life and effectiveness of your blades by cleaning and then wiping them with a rubber conditioner every so often. I use the Griot's Garage product and my blades normally last about 1.5+ years.
Wiper blades are NOT covered under the premium care maintenance schedule. Just oil changes and air filters. They would cover tire rotations, but the V-Series tires can't be rotated.
Wiper balde don't last very long in the Las Vegas heat and low humidity. I'm getting close on oil, I'll ask when I have the service done and see what they say. Pretty cheap part to keep a customer happy, so confidence is high...
FWIW, it seems that the windshield wipers for the CTS-V have a different part # than the wipers for the regular CTS, even though they seem to have the same dimensions.
