: Marketing Support Failed

The Cadillac customer service department promised me a customer appreciation certificate, but when I went to have them set it up for me to use it, they told me that it didn't apply to my deal. No mention was made of this when they made the commitment when I told them I needed help because I was underneath in my BMW lease. Hardly a way to treat someone who's switching from BMW. Anyway, does anyone know how to contact Cadillac corporate customer service so I can see if they're willing to make good? Thanks, David

Very sorry to read that, David! I did a little investigating for you and saw that you've been in contact with a colleage of mine on facebook. I was told you should be contacted by an agent by Friday afternoon in regards to this situation (most likely via phone).

Just so you know, I never heard back from anyone from marketing or Cadillac, and now my deal is expiring today. I really hope this is not what the new Cadillac is about.
