: Used Wheel Clicking Potential?

I'm in the market for new wheels and I've noticed a lot of used sets for sale. It dawned on me, wasn't the clicking noise from the front end due to "dissimilar metals?" The dealer replaced my front wheels (2009) and the problem went away. So is it possible to purchase a used set, and get the problem again?

possibly...and if it does it costs 15 bucks to fix

step 1: clean wheel
step 2: clean hub
step 3: apply lithium grease to hub and wheel
step 4: mount wheel

enjoy no more clicking

Where are you seeing all of these 'used sets' for sale?

I misspoke... Did a Google search for Cadillac CTS-V Rims for sale and found a few, not a lot. Sorry...

Other than the clicking, Is this doing any damage to anything?
