I have been looking around and it seems there are plenty of options on ebay to source the rear decklid spoiler/wing call it a duckbill or lip spoiler whatever you want to call it. Has anyone tried any of the places via ebay with this decklid that have been painted by them already? I am pretty sure the Raven Black would be extremely simple to match up I am just not sure how the fitment would be on the ebay spoilers. Anyone have any experience with them?

I received one as a gift for Christmas from my girlfriend but have not had time to install it yet. I think it was around $130 or so shipped and painted.
I have the "light tarnished silver" color and it matches perfectly.
When I mount it I will try to take some photos if it'll help.

Tony that would be amazing also if you could ask your lady what the sellers name on ebay was that would be great.

Thanks!

That is the link to the one that she bought for me.

The quality of it looks very good and the color match is spot-on. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I've been sidetracked installing LED's and such so I have not messed with the spoiler. Hopefully I'll get to it sooner than later though!

I got my Ducktail spoiler from cadillacjjf on Ebay. The quality of the spoiler was excellent. The paint matched perfect as well. ONE PROBLEM. He didn't adequately package the spoiler. The box it was shoved into was smaller than the spoiler itself. After FedEx dropped it on its end a few times, the tip of the spoiler became deformed. cadillacjjf was not very willing to fix the issue promptly and wanted me to send it back in the same box and risk more possible damage which I would have been responsible for. I sent him pictures of the damage and he stated I was full of _hit. When mounted the spoiler wouldn't lay flat on the rear deck. He credited me back only $20 to fix it. I had to file the bottom and a small 1/4" section on the corner. You can't notice it unless I point it out but it took hours to fix.

Be careful where/who you buy from on Ebay. I bought one from Spoiler Depot and it was horrible.
See this thread I started on the regular CTS forum:

Thanks for the heads up DeFo.Have you found anyone else that has gone with one of the spoilers via ebay and had success? Also sx54dx have you installed it yet hows the fitment?

I did and I love it! The fit and finish is great. Looks like it came from the factory with it on the car already.

Install was easy and took about an hour.
I did have to drill four holes through the trunk lid to attach it and four from inside the trunk to access the new upper layer screw holes.
Although, the double sided tape that came with it probably would've done the job.

Sealed up nicely too, no water leaks at all.

Definitely recommend going with that seller for it.

I'm still undecided on this. I like how it looks without it, but I also like how the spoiler adds another dimension to the rear.
