Just dropped the car off at Cadillac and the service guy ran my vin# and said my powertrain warranty was up and I told him the Cadillac customer care rep told me that it was still good, he then said he's never heard of a Cadillac customer service but he would inquire further into the warranty issue, while we were waiting for the answer on the warranty he started to take my info he put in my name and all my info popped up and he asked have you been here before I said never and that the customer rep (Breanne) made my appointment for me, he stated again that he had never heard of customer service and I said why would a random person make appointments at Cadillac dealerships for people he said you got a point anyway they figured out what the problem was and told me my warranty was good. Thanks Breanne your the greatest
