Hey does anyone here have aftermarket wheels on their V coupe? If so please post pics! Or even if you have pics of someone else's V coupe with aftermarket wheels post them too!

?

Any tool can do a simple Google search, there's a reason I'm a member of this forum. I'm not asking anyone to do any legwork for me, just hoping to see some members' cars with aftermarket wheels, which really doesn't strike me as anything out of place on the 'appearance mods' section of a car forum. I could search, again, but there are many reason that that method is ineffective.

Am I the only one who feels like we should at least have a sticky for wheel/tire setups under the 'appearance mods' section? I have tried searching quite a bit for aftermarket wheels on the V coupe, but am not really finding anything. I know there have to be a few members on here with wheels, post your setup here!

I think you would have to have at least 3 or 4 stickys. Black, white, red, etc, so that you can see each car color mated to your wheel choice. You'll have to ask Tony for that
one. Cecil..................

Wow, I love how when someone asks for something useless like a picture of a tire or some shit everyone leaps off their ass to run and take a pic of their setup, I ask to see fellow members' wheel setup and suggest a sticky and all I get are two lame-ass responses trying to be clever but failing miserably? WTF is wrong with this picture?

Checkout the numerous Vossen coupe picture threads. A couple good ones on here.

Thanks for the constructive response for a change lol! Unfortunately I've already seen the Vossen threads, they're great especially the CV3. I was hoping to see some V coupes with deep lips and different designs, like the wheels that WFO has for example!

I'm sorry King that I failed you, please forgive me. Cecil........:worship:

Just did a quick search for you on the web. Hope these guys don't mind me posting the pics. D3's got some sweet wheels on their Modified White Coupe as well.

I think I understand where the OP is coming from. Every other car forum usually has tons of pictures of modified cars with rims, etc... seems like very few caddy owners put aftermarket rims on their cars... I mean, there are barely even any vendor threads showing off their new "deep dish" XXX wheel etc... Coming from Porsche and Audi and even NSX forums this is kinda upsetting. It would be nice to have a thread dedicated to aftermarket rims that included sizes and offsets so people can start cataloging what's out there and what looks good (to them). So far I haven't seen much.

I have been looking at the Niche Nurburgs or Vossen's, I think the concave wheels look good on the coupe.

Those CV3's look fantastic on the coupe, stunning even.

Please post whatever you end up going with!

Thank this gentleman, because he just schooled you. Perhaps I should become a Platinum Supporter as well so I can go around attempting to shoot down good ideas that are commonsense and logical to have on a car forum. Looking forward to seeing some more setups on here! And much thanks to MarshallsCTSV, that was too kind of you to go looking. Liking those pics you found, can't wait to add some members' shots to them! Isn't that WFO's car on top?

There's another Cts-v forum that has a more catagories than just the 3 youre looking at.

Can you post size, offsets, width, etc (what tires you're running as well). That would be great! Awesome wheels btw

I put some winter wheels and tires on my sedan. Drag DR-37 18x8.5 in chrome all around, with Conti ExtremeContact DWS 255 45ZR18's. Nearly identical in size. Offset is 40, works good front and back. Much more sure-footed in the snow than stock, but ride feels like my old 5 series - uninspiring. Not sure how this set up would work on a coupe in the back.

That's a nice snow setup... thanks for the post. I was looking into doing something like that from TireRack but it came out a tad expensive for now. At least we don't have snow (very often) in Seattle.

I'd say this is the best looking wheel/color combo I've seen on a V Coupe

I decided on Stance Wheels SC5's, the only way they cleared the rear calipers I had to buy some cheapo 8mm spacers. I did order some 11mm spacers and comp springs from D3 today, hopefully should have them on next week.

Wheels are Front 20x9 ET35, 245/35/20 Toyos.... Rear 20x10.5 ET45 (added 8mm spacer) 295/30/20 Toyos

Overall I am happy with the way they look on the car....86734

PREVIOUS POST: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/2009-cadillac-cts-v-appearance-mods/254112-help-aftermarket-rims-offsets-etc.html

I bought new wheels for our 2011 CTS V Black Coupe to replace the GM OEM RB9 19" x 9" (48.3 cm x 22.9 cm) front; 19" x 10" (48.3 cm x 25.4 cm) rear
Offset (http://wwwtirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=101): 52mm Bolt Pattern (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=92): 5-120 Rec. Tire Size (http://wwwtirerack.com/tires/SearchTires.jsp?sortCode=57450&width=255/&ratio=40&diameter=19&skipOver=true&minSpeedRating=V): 255/40-19
I used this LINK: Tire Size Calculator (http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/brochure/info/tmpInfoTireMath.jsp) for planning and fitment.
My new Lexani Wheels are:

Front

Size: 20x9

Offset (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=101): 57mm
Bolt Pattern (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=92): 5-120
Rec. Tire Size (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/SearchFrontRearTires.jsp?frontSortCode=59900&rearSortCode=60100&frontWidth=255/&rearWidth=285/&frontRatio=35&rearRatio=30&frontDiameter=20&rearDiameter=20&skipOver=true&minSpeedRating=V): 255/35-20
Weight: 35 pounds
Finish: Black w/Polished Lip
Manufactured in Italy
Optional Rear

Size: 20x10.5

Offset (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=101): 64mm
Bolt Pattern (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=92): 5-120
Rec. Tire Size (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/SearchFrontRearTires.jsp?frontSortCode=59900&rearSortCode=60100&frontWidth=255/&rearWidth=285/&frontRatio=35&rearRatio=30&frontDiameter=20&rearDiameter=20&skipOver=true&minSpeedRating=V): 285/30-20

My final decision drew me to LEXANI CVX-55 in twenty inch black with brushed spokes:
http://www.lexani.com/Custom_Wheels.php Wheels are custom made to fit properly.
Mounted on a Black 2011 CTS V Coupe. It is an aggressive Concave design that works well with the large brake disk/caliper. HUB 70.3 | +40 | 10 SPOKE | BLACK
